We collect only personal information necessary to facilitate academic diagnostic testing, tutor matching, and progress reporting:
- For Parents & Guardians: Full name, telephone number, email address, residential address in Lagos (Ikeja, Ikoyi, Lekki and Victoria Island), and the child's academic profile, curriculum, and grade history.
- For Tutor Applicants: Full name, email address, telephone number, academic credentials, degree verifications, employment history, and screening assessment responses.
3. How We Capture and Process Data
LevelUp operates a secure, cloud-first data ecosystem. Parent consultation enquiries arrive directly through end-to-end encrypted messaging channels. Educator applications are collected via secure forms for screening. Personal data is never sold, rented, or traded.
