1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at trylevelup.ng, booking a consultation via WhatsApp or phone, or submitting an enquiry, users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of the Service

LevelUp EdTech operates strictly as a premium academic placement, educator vetting, and curriculum monitoring network. We evaluate independent tutors to match subject-matter expertise with the educational needs of K12 families.

3. Financial & Engagement Terms

Core structured learning packages begin at a flat fee of ₦150,000/month. To guarantee tutor availability and secure recurring scheduling blocks, all monthly tuition fees must be settled in full before the first lesson block commences.

4. Schedule Changes & Cancellation Policy

Parents must give a minimum of 24 hours' notice directly to their assigned tutor to cancel or reschedule a physical or online session. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in the lesson being marked as completed.

5. Non-Circumvention (Anti-Poaching Clause)

Tutors introduced to a household are exclusive members of the vetted LevelUp top 1% network. Clients agree not to engage, employ, or enter into private independent tutoring arrangements with any educator introduced by LevelUp outside official platform channels for a period of twelve (12) months following termination of service.
